To guarantee perfection every time we provide a number of additional services including freehand illustration for a create edge and instant visuals, photography which can be shot in-house or on-site and for the impossible to take pictures, we provide a digital sourcing service.

Meet the Team

Our roots are embedded in marketing expertise, print technology and supported by our talented design team – all whom have a sound understanding of the whole process from concept through to the finished article. Our core skills have been gathered and improved upon over many, many years. Growing and strengthened by differing economic climes, clients and ever changing technology.





Glen Williams: Graphic Designer

I like working in the friendly atmosphere of Jaz which makes my job more enjoyable and most importantly to me, I am doing what I do best - designing!! My strengths are probably my creativeness and attention to detail.

I studied Graphic Design at Hereford College of Art & Design, followed by a degree in Design Management at The Surrey Institute of Art & Design. I started my first design job in London in 1996 and have been in the industry ever since!

My favourite things in life are my wife and my two little daughters who mean the world to me - food comes a close second!
Stella Barnes: Managing Director

I love seeing all aspects coming together; design, artwork, print through to the finished item. Each job is unique, and seeing our work being put to good use, where it makes a difference to the clients marketing activities, is a real kick!

I have always worked in sales and marketing and started my first marketing company in 1989... since then I have set up several successful businesses, including Jaz Media which was born in 1999 and is my proudest achievement.

I like doing anything creative; painting, writing, cooking - even singing! I'm happiest in the countryside, and when I have time I enjoy growing my own veg, walking the dog and kicking back with friends over a home cooked supper and a glass of vino.
Clare Curr: Client Services Director

I love the variation of each day. From client meetings and presentations to production and proofing - helping make clients designs and marketing goals become reality is extremely rewarding.

Following 21 years experience within client services and spending the last 16 years in the design industry, I have a sound and varied knowledge of design and print. Before this I was in the lingerie business which was fun for my private life, but not so much fun at work!

My favourite things are my family, laughter and wine.
Chloe Robinson: Client Services

It’s a great atmosphere here at Jaz and never a dull day. Fab team to work with and be in. Love it!

I completed my degree at Birmingham Institute of Art and Design in Visual Communication. From there I worked as an In-house Designer for 3 years before coming to Jaz to work in the Client Services department, which is much more me, as I love to help organise projects.

I love exercising and running about, as I need to use up all the excess energy I have! I also enjoy painting which brings out my creative side and calms me down. Other favourite things include Champagne - enough said! Roast dinners - obviously. Dancing - whenever I can!
Mark Reed: Studio Development Manager

Jaz really is a great and fun place to work. The environment is fast-paced, team oriented and there's a great attitude from everybody who works here.

After working abroad for a few years and deciding I couldn't drink for a living unless I played darts, I finally made up my mind to follow my love of design and put myself back through college to achieve a HND with Distinction in Graphic Design. I have good design and illustration skills and an ability to work at speed while maintaining the high quality levels of production required within the studio. I'm also extremely modest!

My favourite things include rugby and motorcycle racing. Plus the two best things in my life, Shelley and my bulldog Bowser.
Caroline Chronnell: Graphic Designer

Being part of a small, talented, hard working team; the efficient, informal atmosphere we work in and the friendly relationships we develop with our clients is what I love about working at Jaz.

Back in the good old days when paste-up artwork ruled I attained an OND in Design for Communication and an HND in Design for Electronic Media. Eighteen years later and I'm still designing and loving every minute! Accuracy and attention to detail, project management and tea making are my strengths!

My favourite things are my home, family and friends; Maltesers; Life, love and laughter; Chilling out with a good book, a good film or good company. Did I mention Maltesers...?!!
Stephen Billlings: Print Manager

I love the team ethic here at Jaz with everybody willing to help, even if they are really busy themselves! We all try to have a bit of fun to make the time more enjoyable but always work hard to produce the best product for the client.

I’ve been in print now for 31 years, from the early days where everything was done by hand, right through to the latest advances in digital print. I enjoy keeping on top of new ideas coming through the industry and have a sound understanding of all aspects of production.

My favourite things include Leeds Utd, my wife and children - in this order!
Jo Robson: Office Administrator

I really enjoy working with everyone involved at Jaz - both colleagues and clients and I particularly enjoy my football team superiority fix with Steve every Monday!

I'm not sure that my flower arranging skills are relevant for this particular job but I have always worked in office administration. I have good secretarial skills including shorthand and bookkeeping - which are obviously quite helpful!

My favourite things in life include Manchester United, being a sheep smallholder and meeting the endless challenges of the local charities I am involved with.
